SAE Delaware Alpha round 2

Well, it seems that creating an article and simply writing "Under Construction" is of large distaste to those maintaining Wikipedia's servers. So, I added the smallest bit of content I could to my first created Wiki in order to put my foot down and save that specific article URL.
